If I purchase a rhinestone bottle will my stones fall off?

• No! I use glue that bonds the stones tightly to the stainless steel bottle. Please know that if you drop it then it will break and loose stones with impact like anything else. I do limit the number sold during custom launches because each stone is placed by hand and will take me awhile. If you treat your bottle with care it will last for many years.

How do I care for my bottle?

 • Rhinestones bottles are not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe, and should not be left in the heat for long periods of time. To wash your rhinestone bottle use dishwashing liquid and a scrub brush. Its ok to scrub the heck out of it! You won't damage the stones and they won't fall off. Dry it off with a paper towel.

Should I pay the extra for Route Insurance?

• YES! Sometimes things happen in transit that are out of my control. I do not offer refunds, and claims with USPS can take awhile. Route is very easy and they will refund you the full purchase if your item is damaged so that you can purchase a new one. If you do not purchase this insurance then there isn't anything I can do. All items leave here perfect and in one piece so please protect your purchase. I do not offer refunds!
